Account-Opening Process
Open an account with COL Financial and get yourself ready to start investing in stocks and mutual funds!

1. Ready your requirements

1. Photocopy of the following documents duly certified/ signed by the Corporate Secretary:
   • SEC Registration
   • Articles of Incorporation
   • By-Laws
   • Latest General Information Sheet (GIS) filled with the Securities & Exchange Commissions (SEC)
   • Latest Audited Financial Statements
   Note: For companies, businesses or partnerships registered outside the Philippines, submit comparable documents to A(1) to A(5), duly authenticated by a senior officer assigned in the country of registration or by the Philippine Consulate, company register or notary public, where the corporation is registered
   
   
2. Notarized Board Resolution authorizing the corporation to open an account with COL and the designated officer(s) authorized to transact and trade on their behalf. Download sample here ››
3. Photocopy of one (1) identity document issued by the Philippine Government of the authorized officer(s) and corporate secretary such as passport, driver's license, SSS / GSIS ID, Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
4. Fully accomplished Corporate Account Opening Form
5. One (1) copy of Specimen Signature Cards of the authorized officer(s)
6. Online Securities Trading Agreement duly signed
7. Additional Documents (as may be applicable)
   • If with secondary license, a copy of the secondary license duly certified by the corporate secretary
   • If an AMLA covered institution, a copy of the AMLC registration duly certified by the corporate secretary
   • If US person, a copy of the IRS Form W9 duly certified by the corporate secretary
   • If with at least one corporate shareholder, an organizational chart duly certified by the corporate secretary clearly showing the companies in the group, the relationship of the companies to each other, the ownership of each company, and the ultimate beneficial owner(s) of the customer

2. Sign up and submit

1. Download and accomplish the following:
   
   
   • Corporate Account Information Form
   • Corporate Specimen Signature Card
   • Online Securities Trading Agreement



2. Email newapplications@colfinancial.com for pre-checking of the following:
   
   
   • Soft copies of complete requirements
   • Soft copies of fully-accomplished forms
   Note: Kindly wait for the pre-approval email confirmation before sending the original copies to our office.



3. Submit physical copies of pre-approved requirements and original signed forms to COL Business Center:
   
   
   • 2403-B East Tower, Tektite Towers, Exchange Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines 1605
   Note: Once the complete requirements are received, you will receive an email for your COL account no.

3. Fund your account

Note: Minimum initial funding of Php 25,000 for Corporate Accounts is required to activate the account.
